About Joshua
Never feeling settled, never feeling comfortable, but always striving to raise the standard in real estate, Joshua Meeks is the man who started The PNW Team, and then Timber Real Estate. As a real estate agent, he recognizes that the success he and his team brings is only a product of those he serves.
Not long after Joshua became a full-time realtor, he quickly brought together a team of equally driven people in order to provide the best services available for his clients.
When he’s not running his business, you can find Josh cruising through downtown Puyallup on his Harley or checking out a local state park with his family.
A word from Josh:
As someone who has been involved in construction management, as well as investing in and representing real estate transactions, I understand the demands and diversity of the real estate industry. I began building residential and commercial developments in 2003 as a Union Carpenter in Tacoma, Washington. Over the years I began investing in real estate independently while managing construction projects as a foreman. Eventually, I began representing others as a REALTOR. I graduated from Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington with a degree in Business Management and continue to develop expertise in real estate, business, and economics as I'm now working on a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development.
After representing more than 1,000 transactions with The PNW Team, we opened Timber Real Estate in 2023. I apply experience representing buyers and sellers as well as business management and negotiation expertise to every transaction. The statement you'll constistently hear around our office, is that we'll always "Expect the best and be prepared for the rest." I have experienced the anxiety and emotion of buying and selling firsthand many times and aim to make the process as easy for you as possible.
